Plumbers in business since 2020
The people who answer are the people under your sink
All Purpose Plumbers (allpurposeplumbers.com) is the plumbing brand of All Purpose Anytime Services LLC, working within 30 miles of Washington, DC. We work out of Bryans Road, Maryland, and nobody screens our calls. Whoever you talk to on the phone is part of the crew that shows up with the wrench.
How we work
Bryans Road, Maryland, since 2020
All Purpose has been in business since 2020. The rule is to charge what we said we would and answer the phone. It holds the same for a dripping shutoff valve as for a whole-house repipe.
Our project manager walks your project himself. There's no salesperson in the middle. Whoever tells you what the job needs and what it costs is the one who sees it through.
Some days that's cast iron and galvanized in a pre-war row house, other days PEX in a newer suburb. See our services to see everything we offer, or contact us to get started.

Where we work
Based in Bryans Road, MD
Working across the DMV
The shop is in Bryans Road, in Charles County. We take jobs within 30 miles of Washington, DC, across Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.
Maryland
The shop is in Charles County. Most of our Maryland work is a drive north from there, into Prince George’s and on up to Montgomery.
Washington, DC
Row houses still on cast iron and galvanized, condo conversions where several units share one stack, and basements that sit below the sewer line. A fix that works in one can make things worse in another.
Northern Virginia
Newer houses plumbed in PEX, townhouse rows sharing stacks, and older Alexandria houses whose pipes went in long before any of that.
To check a ZIP code, use the search on the service area map, or skim the FAQ for what things cost and how insurance jobs work before you call.
Our license number, bonding, insurance and warranty are on one page at license and insurance, and photos from real jobs are under our work.
How we work
What you can hold us to
A person answers the phone
Call between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, any day, and you get one of us. Urgent plumbing is scheduled within 48 hours. Businesses can book us at short notice, after hours or on a weekend, quoted per job. We don't send anyone out in the middle of the night.
One opening, in the right place
We trace a leak before we cut, so the wall gets opened once. We won't close up a cavity that's still wet, because that's how a burst pipe turns into mold a few months later. Floors stay covered while we work.
The person who prices it runs it
One of our lead project managers walks the job and stays on it to the end. If something's off, you call the same person who wrote your estimate.
Tell us what's going on
Describe the problem and where it is. The estimate is free, and the price comes itemized in writing before anyone picks up a tool.
