Plumbing work in progress in the DMV

Do you repair the wall or ceiling afterwards?

Yes. You do not have to go looking for a separate contractor to close the opening we made.

Drywall is the main trade of the company behind this brand, so the hole cut to reach a pipe can be closed, taped and finished properly by people who do that work every day.

The plumbing repair and the wall repair are two separate jobs with two separate prices, and you see both before anything starts. That way you know what putting the room back costs as well as what stopping the leak costs.

If water has soaked into the wall cavity or the ceiling, it has to dry out before it is closed. Sealing up a wet cavity traps the moisture, and that is how a small leak turns into a mold problem months later.

Want it looked at?

Ask for the pipe repair and the wall repair to be priced together when you book.
