Plumbing work in progress in the DMV

Do you warranty your work?

Yes. Our work carries a 60 to 90 day warranty.

Which end of that range applies depends on the job. Ask which term covers your work when you receive the written estimate, and it will be stated there.

The warranty covers our workmanship, meaning the joints we made, the connections we fitted and the repair we carried out. If one of those fails inside the term, we come back and put it right.

New equipment comes with a separate warranty from its maker. A water heater, a disposal or a faucet each has its own. Ask who registers it when it goes in, so the maker’s cover is actually active.

Keep the estimate and the invoice together. They show what was done, when, and which warranty applies.

Want it looked at?

Ask about the warranty term when we write your estimate, and keep that paperwork in a safe place.
