Our coverage includes workers’ compensation, so an injury to anyone on our crew is not a claim against your homeowner’s policy, and business liability, which covers damage caused by our work.
The policy is held by All Purpose Anytime Services LLC, the company that runs this plumbing brand. If you want proof, ask for the certificate of insurance and we will email it before the visit.
Property managers and commercial clients usually need the certificate with the proposal, and often need it naming the building owner or management company. Tell us who it should be addressed to and it goes out that way.
Ask every plumber you are comparing for the same certificate. A contractor who cannot produce one quickly is telling you something.
