How quickly can you come out?
Most visits go on the calendar within a few days. Urgent failures, such as a burst pipe, a backed up drain or no hot water, are scheduled within 48 hours.
Call during business hours and you are offered the earliest visit we can actually keep, with a real time attached.
We would rather book you for tomorrow afternoon and turn up tomorrow afternoon than promise an hour and leave you waiting at the window all day.
The booking text has the date, the time and the address. If an earlier job runs long, you get a call before your window starts.
Calls are taken 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week. A request left after hours is answered the next morning.
