Plumbing work in progress in the DMV

What does All Purpose Plumbers work on?

Plumbing, and only plumbing. If water or waste runs through it, it is ours. That means supply pipes, drains, sewer lines, water heaters, toilets, faucets, disposals, sump pumps and whole runs of old pipe that need replacing.

We do not paint, tile, roof or install heating and cooling. One trade means the plumber knows a fill valve from a flush valve and a vent problem from a clog.

The work sorts into four groups. Leaks and pipes covers hidden leaks, pinhole leaks, water lines and repiping. Drains and sewers covers slow sinks, repeat clogs and main lines that back up. Water heaters covers repair and replacement, tank and tankless. Toilets, faucets and fixtures covers the parts of the house you touch every day.

Homes are most of it. Commercial spaces and rental buildings get the same four groups of work, scheduled around tenants and trading hours, and commercial clients can book short notice, after hours and weekend work, quoted per job.

Every job, large or small, goes in the same order. We find out what is wrong, put the price in writing, and then do the work you approved.
