Will you tell me the price before you start?
Yes, every time. The order never changes. We find out what is wrong, you get the price in writing, and only then does any work start.
You hear the diagnosis in plain words first. Which part failed, why it failed and whether anything around it is about to follow. Price comes after that, because a number without a reason is just a guess.
The written price lists what is being done and what it costs. You can approve it, ask questions or think it over. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Sometimes opening a wall or lifting a floor shows a second problem nobody could see. When that happens, the plumber stops, shows you what turned up and gives you a price for it before going any further.
The final invoice matches what you approved, plus anything you agreed to along the way.
Want it looked at?
Ask for the price before work starts and you will get it in writing, every time, on every job we quote.
